This weekend J and I are in the mountains for his youngest sister's graduation weekend from Appalachian State University. J and his family have a condo in Sugar Mountain, and the two of us, along with our favorite four legged friend, Liza, are staying at the condo for the graduation weekend. We decided to take a small "hike" on the ski slopes on Sugar Mountain to allow little Liza some time to run around, as well as allow me some practice time with my camera. Liza LOVED the mountain, and we even took off her leash and let her run around without restriction. This was a huge step as it was the first time Liza has been off the leash anywhere besides in my back yard. She had a blast, and stayed by us the whole time, I was such a proud Mommy!! :) Here are some of my faves from our afternoon adventure.....
